This specialised equipment enhances productivity on paving projects by enabling faster, safer and more accurate placement of pavers, particularly across extensive hardstand and commercial surfaces.

Waikiki Train Station

The brick paving for Waikiki Train Station was completed in 2006 for Brierty Limited in joint venture with Doric Construction. As part of the Southern Suburbs Railway network, this project involved the installation of durable, high-quality paved surfaces to provide safe, functional walkways and public access areas at a key transport hub in the Perth metropolitan area.

Rockingham Train Station

The Rockingham Train Station brick paving project was successfully completed in 2006 for Brierty Limited, in joint venture with Doric Construction. Located at a key transport hub in Rockingham, this project involved the delivery of durable, high‑quality brick paved surfaces designed to support heavy pedestrian use and enhance the overall station environment.

Albany Plantation Hardstand for APEC

In 2008, Challenge Brick Paving successfully delivered a major brick paving project, showcasing our capability to manage and execute large-scale works efficiently. The project involved the installation of approximately 6,000 square metres of brick paving, including all associated ground preparation and base works to ensure a durable, long-lasting finish.

Ascot Turf Club

Challenge Brick Paving was proud to be engaged for the brick paving works at the Ascot Turf Club, one of Western Australia’s premier racing and event facilities — home of the historic Ascot Racecourse and a key venue for thoroughbred racing and community events in Perth.

Paving for Brierty Limited and the Shire of Newman

Challenge Brick Paving was engaged to deliver brick paving works in Newman, Western Australia, for Brierty Limited in collaboration with the Shire of Newman. The project included paving to key public areas as well as specialised brick paving around a swimming pool, requiring a high standard of finish, safety and durability.

Prix Cars Hardstand For Brierty Ltd

Challenge Brick Paving was engaged to complete the brick paving works for the hardstand areas and entrance to the Prix Cars offices, delivering a functional, durable and visually appealing surface. The project required precise preparation and installation to ensure a long-lasting finish suitable for both vehicle access and pedestrian use.

Southern Gateway Alliance Perth to Bunbury Hwy

Challenge Brick Paving was proud to be involved with the Southern Gateway Alliance – Perth to Bunbury Hwy project, delivering high‑quality brick paving works as part of one of Western Australia’s major transport infrastructure developments. This significant project supported the construction of the new Perth to Bunbury Highway, a transformational road upgrade designed to improve connectivity, safety and freight efficiency between Perth and the South West region.

Subiaco Carpark

Challenge Brick Paving completed the brick paving works for the Subiaco carpark project, delivering a durable and high‑quality paved surface designed to support everyday vehicle use and pedestrian access. The project involved detailed site preparation and expert installation to ensure the finished pavement met functional requirements and complemented the surrounding urban environment.

City of Mandurah Streetscape

The purpose of the Mandurah Streetscapes project was to create a pedestrian-oriented town centre with streets to facilitate a more vibrant, safe and enjoyable environment for residents of the City of Mandurah as well as visitors and tourists.

The key aim for the project was to improve the City of Mandurah’s CBD streets and to increase the activity within the vicinity, to be both engaging and interesting to the public. This was achieved by the design and the development of the landscape, and by creating an attractive area for all residents and visitors to the region. It was also important to develop safer streets with better traffic management for pedestrians and increased street lighting for all users.
